Our warehouses, located at various strategic locations all over the country, play an important role in the distribution system. These are the points at which products are received from many suppliers and quickly shipped to many customers.

 The process of working and activities in our warehouse comprise of:  

• Receipt of Material :Get monthly / Weekly / Daily schedule from the company.
  • Ensure adequate material space availability.
  • Receive material from supplier, unload in warehouse, check correctness  of lot no. and quantity and give acknowledgement to transporter or vendor for receipt of material.
  • In case of deviation, co-ordinate with supplier.
• Storage and Usage :
  
  • Ensure FIFO method for storage and usage, organize easy location and proper storage.
•  Despatch or Material :
  
  • Keep shiftwise despatch material ready at the designated area.
  • Supply shiftwise as per schedule from the company.
•  Reports :
  
  • Stock details at warehouse, available at all time, to customers and vendors.
  • Follow up for maintaining minimum stock at warehouse.
